Policies
Dinner Reservations:
- A one evening restaurant reservation is required with a Friday or Saturday night weekend stay. Please call us at 540-837-1375 to make reservations.
Packages & Specials:
- Packages may not be available on holiday weekends.
- Packages cannot be used with any other offers or discounts. Taxes and gratuities are not included in package rates.
Room Rates:
- Room rates are subject to change during holidays and holiday weekends.
- Wood burning fireplaces are available only from October 31st- February 28th.
- Our Pool is open seasonally and is located at the Villa la Campagnette. It is available to all overnight guests. Hours are dawn to dusk.
- We allow well behaved children over the age of 8 for an additional guest fee.
- NO PETS ALLOWED, except verified service animals. Documentation will be needed at check in.
Cancellations:
- Because of our small size, a last minute cancellation affects us significantly. We do require a two week cancellation notice.
- If reservations are cancelled more than two weeks from the date of arrival, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged.
- Last minute cancellations, regardless of the reason, will result in charging your credit card for one night's stay.
- You are welcome to send a family member or a friend in your place.
- In order to cancel a reservation, please call the office and get a cancellation number.
Travelers Insurance:
- What if the babysitter cancels, someone gets sick or you can't get away from work? For a non-refundable fee of $35 per night, which can be purchased within 24 hours of booking, you may cancel up until 48 hours before the day of arrival with no additional charge.
