Introduction

The Olde Mill was built in the mid 1800's by retired Confederate Major Cockrell sometime after the Civil War for his family. It has since been beautifully restored into a Bed & Breakfast.

The small, quaint town of Cumberland Gap is surrounded by an historical national park. There is plenty of hiking, or you can just sit by the stream that is fed out of a mountain cave. You may even get to see a deer come out of the forest.

The rooms are decorated with a mixture of antique and Victorian furnishings. Each room is unique. The hardwood floors are original.

The small, quaint town offers antique shops, gift shops, an art gallery, and two unique restaurants all within walking distance of the Mill.

For Breakfast we serve a hot, buffet, country style breakfast including homemade gravy and biscuits!
