Fraser, Colorado - Just 70 miles from Denver, and minutes from Winter Park, Bear Dance Ranch offers the true Colorado experience. Wide open spaces are the hallmark of the area, and you'll find a friendly and welcoming community with a diverse palette of activities to choose from. The Fraser valley is surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest and three Wilderness areas, and is minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

During summer the area boasts many music festivals and art gatherings, hiking, biking, rafting and fly fishing, golf and horseback riding. Winter Park / Mary Jane and Sol Vista ski resorts offer world class downhill skiing and snowboarding in winter, while Devil's Thumb and Snow Mountain Ranch offer the best cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the state – or try the Fraser tubing hill, a guest favorite!
