Located in beautiful West Sedona on 3/4 acre and nestled in its own quiet and peaceful atmosphere of Juniper and Cottonwood trees. Our Movie Character Theme Rooms will give you a glimpse of YesterYear but with all of today's modern conveniences. Hiking, Jeep Tours, Oak Creek Canyon, Horseback Riding, Airplane Rides, Balloon Tours, Shopping and great Restaurants are all within five minutes of our front door. And, just beyond our front door is a paved one-mile loop just perfect for a beautiful walk to display some of the best views Sedona has to offer.

Each of our rooms is decorated in a different Old West Movie Theme and features a private bath. Some rooms have Large In-Room Jetted Tubs, Whirlpool Tubs, Over-Size Showers, Fireplaces, Leather Recliners, Large Screen Satellite TV/DVR, VCR, CD, Radios, Ceiling Fans, Refrigerators and Private Balconies.

You will awake to the aroma of fresh coffee and a delicious gourmet breakfast served with home-baked breads, biscuits or muffins. Enjoy some afternoon refreshments before dinner and spend time in front of the menu basket choosing which fabulous restaurant you will visit this evening. When you return you can take a refreshing dip in our hot tub under our star-filled Sedona skies or snuggle yourself into one of our leather recliners in front of the native stone fireplace and watch one of the many movies shot here in Sedona on the Large Screen Satellite TV/DVR.

 What you'll find at Territorial House is a warm, friendly, fun place where you can kick off your boots, relax and feel at home. Whatever you choose, you'll find everything you need to relax in peace, renew your soul and rejuvenate your spirit in a beautiful Sedona. A Territorial House is nestled in the midst of Sedona's red rock country where over forty western movies were filmed. Picture yourself in a serene setting of Juniper and Cottonwood, watching families of quail march through the landscape, or hearing the lonesome call of the coyotes as you drift off to sleep.

Rates & Policies
  • Double Occupancy: $140 - $240
  • Rates include a sumptuous southwest breakfast
  • Rates do not include tax.
  • Check-In: 4 to 6 p.m., or as arranged; Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
  • Open: All year.
  • July - August, December - January weekday discounts may apply.
  • There is a two night minimum stay on most weekends and a three night minimum on some holidays.
  • Cancellations require 7 days notice prior to arrival date for refund, less a $25 per room cancellation fee.
  • Honeymoon packages from $430
  • Prepayment is required. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover accepted.
  • No pets. Smoking is restricted to the room balconies.
  • We regret we cannot accept pets.
  • Computer and printer available.
  • Free Broadband Wi-Fi Internet Access.
