Introduction
Page Springs Bed and Breakfast Inn is flexible! We offer a variety of choices to our guests. Enjoy a great Sedona B&B experience, with a delicious and creative breakfast catered each morning, or book an entire 2- or 3-bedroom home for a vacation rental or retreat. Exclusive use of the entire eight-acre property, known as Rancho Feliz (Happiness Ranch), the expansive lawns, the many large trees including a central weeping willow, the two separate homes, surrounded by national forest, turns the property into a private retreat center or family enclave.
Owners Andrew Bailey and Connie Baxter Marlow, whose photographs and artifacts from indigenous cultures of the world decorate the indigenous-themed rooms, are frequently on hand - when they aren't out in the field filming - to share ideas and experiences with their guests.
This unique Sedona Bed and Breakfast Inn is located just seven miles south of Sedona and five miles from the Red Rock State Park turn-off. Our two expansive homes are nestled at the base of a natural amphitheater below a cluster of ancient Sinagua Indian ruins in the tranquil hamlet of Page Springs. Surrounded by Coconino National Forest, we sit high above Oak Creek, with views of the beautiful high desert countryside all around, and the legendary Red Rocks of Sedona in the distance.
Only minutes from the vibrant heart of Sedona, we are two and a half hours from the Grand Canyon, an hour from Phoenix, and minutes from the bustling town of Cottonwood. Page Springs, Sedona's best kept secret, is rural in character and is reminiscent of the way Sedona used to be. It is the gateway to some of Arizona's finest wine country and close to all the Verde Valley attractions: world-famous ghost town Jerome, Sycamore Canyon, Tuzigoot National Monument, Montezuma's Castle, Palatki and other Sinagua and Anasazi Indian ruins.
Page Springs Bed and Breakfast Inn is an ideal location for a retreat (artist, women's, spiritual, healing, or corporate), featuring sprawling lawns and an immense weeping willow tree whose expansive, undulating branches provide the perfect setting for intimate wedding ceremonies, outdoor workshops, and other special moments. We offer ceramic fire pits on the various patios for warm and cozy pleasure on our cool, crisp Arizona nights, when the ink-black skies make star-gazing memorable.
