CLIFF COTTAGE INN features three separate historic houses and two individual hideaway cottages, all by themselves, right downtown, and just 17 steps to all the shops and restaurants. Each of the three houses has two large suites with private entrances, jacuzzis for 2, their own livingrooms, private balconies or decks, complimentary Champagne or white wine in your fridge, coffeemakers with imported teas, coffee and hot chocolate in case you wake up early. And, for the ultimate in pampering....the inn's elf delivers a full-gourmet breakfast right to your door each morning! (Southern Living said, "Cliff Cottage Inn's breakfasts are not to be missed!" and guests love them!). The two individual hideaways (Oscar Wilde's Cottage and Zelda's Studio) feature their own private hottubs in the woods, fully-equipped kitchens, Champagne or white wine and lots of privacy (see below for details.) The two suites in CLIFF COTTAGE (the most photographed house downtown, built in 1880 as Sears' very first kit home!) are Sarah Bernhardt Suite and Alfred, Lord Tennyson Suite. They are luxuriously sumptuous and overlook all of downtown and smoking is permitted outdoors on the suites' private porches and deck. THE PLACE NEXT DOOR, designed and built by the innkeeper in 1993 as a Victorian replica, features Colette's Mini-Suite and Thoreau's Suite, both with private balconies tucked into the magnificent 3-story rock bluff behind the inn (smoking is permitted on balconies). |

Suites feature jacuzzis for two, fridges with complimentary wine or champagne and other sodas chilled and waiting for you, coffee makers with imported teas and coffees, AND THE BEST PART...Cliff Cottage Inn - Luxury B&B Suites & Historic Cottages is Eureka's only B&B with a resident elf who delivers a to-die-for breakfast each morning right to your door... you can have breakfast in bed, on your private front porch or balcony, or for the suites in Cliff Cottage, on the private deck tucked into the bluff next to a magical fountain.
OSCAR WILDE'S COTTAGE and ZELDA'S STUDIO each have their very own private hottubs secluded in the woods, complimentary Champagne or white wine chilled in your fridge and fully-equipped kitchens -- delivered breakfasts to these two are an optional extra which guests order in advance when they make their reservations. (Breakfasts are included to the six suites.)
THE ARTIST'S COTTAGE, a 1920s arts&craftsman cottage and the latest addition to the inn's Monopoly board, is strictly for non-smoking guests and offers Robert Louis Stevenson Suite and Emily Dickinson Suite which feature the latest in Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs with spinal column massage features, and fantasy misting showers.

Innkeeper Sandra, a noted chef, spent years in France learning to cook. Her cuisine also reflects the tastes of Scotland where she lived as a child and the exotic flavors of Jamaica where she lived in the 80s. Just before arriving in the Ozarks, Sandra sailed singlehandedly from San Francisco to 1837 miles off the Galapagos...a spiritual journey that took her seven years ("must have taken the scenic route," she muses.) Her breakfasts also combine the spicy flavors of Old Mexico with the more subtle cuisine of Guatemala where she lived for six months and learned to make her own tortillas!
